Robert Penn
Co-Founder, Chairman and Director
Robert Penn has more than 25 years of experience in the Kitchen and Bath Industry. As owner, chairman of Penn Fabricators Inc., Robert oversees our state of the art production facility housing over 125 employees adhering to corporate and commercial standards. Additionally, Robert’s product innovation and technological advancements has strengthened the organization's stance as an innovative leader in the surfacing industry. Robert has been recognized as VP of NKBA New York Metro Chapter in 2016 and is continuing to build his leadership role in the success of Penn Fabricators Inc and Northeast Quartz as well as our contributions to the local community.
Theresa Penn
Co-Founder, Chairman and Director
Theresa has been instrumental in the growth and success of Penn Fabricator Inc. 's and Northeast Quartz Inc. through various operations and managerial positions for the past 25 years. Theresa oversees the company’s Human Resources, Client Support Services, Client & Product Implementation and Corporate Training departments. Theresa holds a Bachelor of Arts from Dowling College and has completed significant continuing education courses in business management, accounting, and employee law and benefits.
